We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return & Claim Conditions

Please inspect your jewellery immediately after delivery.Any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.A clear unboxing video is required as proof. The video must show the package from the moment it is opened.The jewellery must be unused and returned in its original packaging.Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the claim is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable.
